Position Specific Description

This fast-paced role spearheads the critical receipt of billings and proceeds from oil and gas operations and production by determining ownership through extensive analysis of various agreements and title documents.

This fast paced role spearheads the critical receipt of billings and proceeds from oil and gas operations and production by determining ownership through extensive analysis of various agreements and title documents.

•   Reviews and interprets documents and associated title opinions to establish ownership

•   Sets up new Joint Interest Billing (JIB) and revenue decks for processing

•   Updates and maintains accurate ownership records within the Excalibur Land System

•   Verifies existing decks in Excalibur system

•   Investigates to determine new addresses for parties whose payments have been returned and ensure they are correct

•   Coordinates with operators regarding interest calculations, requirements for curative for ownership interests, etc.

•   Assists internal personnel with various projects that arise from, or that involve, Division Order issues

•   Processes division orders in Excalibur system

•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 1+ years
