Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support their team through March 2026

About the Job:

  • Develop job postings and post jobs to specific platforms.
  • Identify appropriate and effective new sourcing channels.
  • Review resumes and collaborate on shortlisting.
  • Maintain HRIS system and HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

About You:

  • 1+ years of HR coordination experience.
  • Prior successful remote work experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-filing and HR systems are highly desired
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

About the Position:

  • Pays $25/hr-$29/hr, depending on experience.
  • Temporary through March 2026.
  • No work the weeks of Christmas and New Year holidays
  • Standard EST business hours.
