We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team, focusing on employee relations and administration for our hourly employees. This role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the unique challenges and needs of a front-line workforce.

This position is a dynamic blend of managing employee relations and essential HR administration. You'll be the key player in fostering a positive and productive environment, resolving issues related to scheduling, attendance, and performance, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. You'll also manage core HR functions, including record-keeping, compliance, and onboarding, all while working closely with the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues specific to an hourly workforce.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, including those related to wage and hour laws.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance.
  • Partner with the HR Director on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Compensation for this role will fall between $65,000 and $70,000 depending on experience.
