The candidate will work with the respective modality team members to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience.The CT Clinical Education Specialist may also be requested to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Siemens FlexForce engagement (FlexForce Tech., FlexForce Coach, etc.).The ideal candidate for this role will physically reside in the Western United States - preferably Salt Lake City, UT; Las Vegas, NV; Sacramento, CAClinical Education role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Key ResponsibilitiesTravel: This remote position requires > 95% travel [generally weekdays with overnight stays, 2 – 4 nights per week, often outside the job description geography. Occasional requests to support extended hours and/or weekends.]Preparation: Prepare and gather necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training.Communication: Engage in effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.Training Delivery: Conduct clinical training to educate staff [technologists, physicians, physicists, etc.] on how to use Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed.Administrative Tasks: Complete regulatory and core process documents per policy guidelines (timecards, expense reports, vendor credentialing, training in-service reports, etc.).Project & Time Management: Ability to coordinate and facilitate training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with a positive impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity.Proficiency: Maintaining clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs.Experience/RequirementsValid ARRT Certification/Licensure in Computed Tomography - requiredBA or BS - preferred5+ years of clinical CT scanning experience - preferred3+ years of clinical CT scanning on contemporary Siemens CT equipment and software - requiredProficiency in routine CT imaging on contemporary Siemens CT systems - requiredProficiency in Cardiac CT [CaSc, CCTA, TAVR, etc.], Dual Energy CT, CT Intervention, Neuro Perfusion, Pediatric Imaging, post-processing - preferredMust reside near the posted locale and close to a major airport - requiredTeaching experience - preferredExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong organizational and project management skillsPC proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
