What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of shippers across multiple industries (FTL, LTL, reefer, flatbed, etc.).
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business through cold calling, warm leads, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on service and repeat business.
  • Negotiate rates, manage quotes, and ensure profitable margins.
  • Collaborate daily with carrier sales/operations to ensure on-time pickup, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly GP and revenue targets.
  • Leverage our CRM/TMS and industry tools to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or account management within logistics/brokerage.
  • Proven track record of new business development and account retention.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with load boards, CRM, and TMS platforms is a plus.
