Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is vital in driving growth through proactive outreach, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and another language, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in sales and business development within technology or B2B sectors. As a BDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and strategic marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and other tools to generate leads and schedule meetingsEngage in warm calling to nurture existing contacts and develop new business relationshipsPresent and demonstrate our technology solutions to potential clients, emphasizing value propositionsNegotiate terms and close deals aligned with company objectivesCollaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaignsMaintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM systems like SalesforceFollow up with leads promptly to ensure high conversion ratesProvide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutionsParticipate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniquesExperienceProven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing within technology or related industriesStrong background in business development, outbound calling, and customer relationship management (CRM software such as Salesforce)Demonstrated success in negotiation, technical sales, and marketing strategiesExperience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is highly desirableExcellent communication skills in both English and the second language (fluency required)Prior experience in technology sales or technical sales roles is a plusAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team membersThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our growth while developing their skills in a fast-paced environment.
