Receptionist (Part-Time)

Job Summary:
Serve as Front Desk reception and general support for office and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Front Desk Reception during business hours.
- Provide general office and administrative support to management, department staff and customers.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages and mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
- Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, including security protocols.
- Assist in tracking inventory, purchasing supplies, creating purchase orders.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant, office-based administrative role.
- Strong verbal, and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with high level of experience in Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation as well as presenting a professional, executive presence is a must.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
Working Conditions:
- Office & outdoor environment.
- Will be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.
