Position: Weekend Receptionist

Location: Lakeland, FL

Shift: Part-Time | Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
  • Monitor and manage the flow of visitors, consultants, staff, and vendors entering and exiting the facility
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative position (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively during busy weekends
  • A positive team player who enjoys helping others
