Brown Residential, a top-producing residential real estate team at milehimodern, is seeking a highly organized, system-oriented 
Operations Coordinator
 to support daily operations, client experience, and business infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a 
licensed real estate professional
 who thrives behind the scenes — someone who finds fulfillment in structure, precision, and supporting a high-performing team rather than selling.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Reports to:
     Grace Sullivan (primary) + Bob Brown (secondary)
  • Classification:
     Part-time contractor hrs/week)
  • Hours:
     9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Location:
    Denver Metro; ~80% remote work
  • Required In-Office:
     Wednesdays, Cherry Creek
  • Compensation:
     $30/hour
  • Quarterly bonuses
     based on project completion & performance
  • Referral bonus:
     50% of any referral fee you generate
  • Growth opportunity:
     Potential transition to salaried full-time after 9 months based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Operations

  • Maintain and optimize operational workflows (Asana, RealScout, Checklists)
  • Build & manage a client-facing Asana transaction experience
  • Maintain operational dashboard (YTD volume, GCI, expenses)
  • Coordinate with bookkeeper & update financial dashboard quarterly
  • Quarterly review/updates of 
  • Ensure RE license compliance & CE completion tracking
  • Document and implement Standard Operating Procedures for team systems
  • Use mhm Broker Center to request listing & buyer docs, book photography, and coordinate with clients & vendors
  • Attend weekly team meeting (Thurs) & mastermind call (Tues)

Marketing Coordination

  • Manage CRM, contact database, & client communication systems (FloDesk, Asana)
  • Support brand marketing and collateral (Canva, Rechat, FloDesk, Squarespace)
  • Coordinate closing gifts & manage, optimize gifting system
  • Research & propose client event/engagement opportunities
  • Support the coordination and execution of client events

Client & Transaction Support

  • Support contract management, working with Transaction Coordinator
  • Ensure seller disclosures are complete/signed before going live
  • Prepare CMAs and listing/buyer presentations
  • Schedule showings, inspections, vendors
  • Draft/send client-facing forms via CTM eContracts
  • Provide professional and timely client communication
  • Listing support including key drop, lockbox, marketing materials (at property)
  • Attend showings or inspections occasionally (during business hours)

Preferred Experience & Requirements

  • 2+ years real estate operations as an assistant or TC experience
  • Active Colorado Real Estate License
  • Experience with:
  • CTM eContracts, REColorado, ShowingTime
  • Asana, RealScout (preferred), Canva, Zoom, Loom
  • FloDesk, Squarespace (preferred)
  • QuickBooks (bonus, not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with luxury client service standards
