Job Description
Acts as a liaison between leadership and team to ensure everyone is on the same page with a smooth flow of information, assists in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation ensuring leadership has the necessary tools to make informed decisions that support team and company goals, supports company culture, and stays flexible by adjusting to shifting priorities or unexpected changes, making sure the team stays productive and aligned with company goals even in dynamic environments.
- Confirm accuracy of well, cost, and production data, take appropriate action on any changes, and communicate required corrections to the necessary parties
- Build reports with various data sources as requested by the division
- Collect, build reports and/or visuals, and analyze data
- Understand data sources, workflow, and functionality of internal apps to provide support for others in the division
- Initiates and develops more accurate and reliable data analyses and reporting methodologies
- Liaise with internal teams (Headquarters, IR, Operations, Engineering, Accounting, IS)
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met in states of operation (WY, ND)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
This is a contract-to-hire position in Denver, CO. The pay range for this position is $45/hr-$55/hr based on several factors including experience, education, etc. Benefit packages for this role will include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
