Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our biscuit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in casual dining and catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
  • Handle food products safely and responsibly, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques.
  • Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support other kitchen staff as required, including dietary aides and servers, to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in made from scratch setting, and catering settings.
  • Strong food preparation skills with attention to detail in presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
