Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and professional Account Manager to oversee our Bayonne, NJ account. In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for both clients and officers within Bayonne NJ, ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of extra-duty police details. Your organizational skills, communication ability, and professionalism will be essential to maintaining our strong client relationships and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for Bayonne customers who hire extra-duty police officers. Address inquiries related to scheduling, billing, and account management.
- Scheduling Coordination: Use our scheduling software to efficiently arrange security details and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
- Communication: Communicate with police officers, command staff, and municipal personnel by phone and email to resolve questions, handle issues, and maintain clear communication.
- Customer Service: Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and proactively address scheduling or client-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple calls, emails, and tasks daily while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional Demeanor: Excellent communication skills and a courteous, service-oriented attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new software tools.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in account management, customer service, or law enforcement administration is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
