We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors to maintain their appearance and longevity.
  • Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Launder linens and other textiles as needed while adhering to proper cleaning protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Skills

  • Experience in housekeeping management or related fields is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks as required.
