  • Assist in coordinating with external vendors when specialized repairs are needed.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and property management team to ensure all maintenance operations run smoothly.

Emergency Response:

  • Be available for on-call emergency maintenance, as scheduled.
  • Respond to urgent situations like leaks, power outages, or system malfunctions in a timely and effective manner.

Inventory & Equipment:

  • Use and maintain tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Help track inventory and notify the supervisor of needed supplies or equipment repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical are a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required; trade certifications are a bonus.
