Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
  • Clean carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain their appearance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.

Skills

  • Experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to sanitize various surfaces and understand the importance of cleanliness in different environments.
  • Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
