Job Description

Rise Village is a family-focused, multi-sensory enrichment space, and we are looking for a warm, organized, and creative Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our space—welcoming families, supporting daily operations, and helping maintain our fun and engaging online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet families and guests at the front desk with a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Answer phone calls, texts, and messages professionally
  • Assist with scheduling classes, sessions, and daily operations
  • Create and manage engaging social media content (primarily Instagram)
  • Support day-to-day coordination of programs and activities
  • Help maintain a positive, playful, and organized environment

Qualifications

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with children and families
  • Creative with an interest or experience in social media
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, community-based environment
  • Prior front desk, administrative, or social media experience is a plus (but not required)
