Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient account management. Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client accounts through precise data entry and record keeping.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with analysing client data to identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing service offerings.
  • Support the sales team by providing relevant information, preparing reports, and coordinating follow-up activities.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred) to serve a diverse client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain organised documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and account updates.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing insights based on analysis skills and customer feedback.

Skills

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multilingual ability, particularly fluency in both English and Spanish, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data trends and identify opportunities for upselling or service enhancement.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to support decision-making processes.
  • Proven capability in upselling techniques to maximise account potential.
