Summary

We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Account Agents. Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to provide updates and resolve inquiries
  • Support account managers with documentation, follow-ups, and reporting

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
  • Track and manage daily account activities to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in account support, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
