Location: Dallas, Texas
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 6 pm
Some evenings until 7 or 8 pm with advance notice. Occasional weekends with one week notice.
Pay: $27 per hour
Children: Two girls, ages 5 and 9
Start Date: Flexible

About the Role
A busy family in Dallas is looking for a steady, proactive house manager and nanny who enjoys working in a calm, organized home. The parents work from home and need someone who can take initiative and handle the afternoon routine with confidence.
You will help keep the household running smoothly while creating a warm, structured environment for two sweet girls. The family hopes to build a long term relationship with someone who enjoys becoming a trusted part of their daily life.
What You'll Do
- Pick up children from school and guide them through afternoon routines
- Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks
- Support picky eaters with patience and creativity
- Drive children to activities and appointments
- Keep children's areas tidy and organized
- Help with laundry, pantry stocking, and light organizing
- Prepare for family events or gatherings when needed
- Keep track of schedules, supplies, and routines
- Create fun play, learning, and outdoor time
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of paid childcare experience
- Strong communication and a warm, professional presence
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain them
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to manage time well and work independently
- Comfortable with household tasks and basic meal prep
- Two childcare references
- Ability to pass a background check
Experience with Indian families or comfort with Indian cooking is a plus but not required.
