Full-Time Nanny – Dallas, TX

Start Date: End of April / Early May

Schedule: Guaranteed 30 hours weekly (potential to increase to 40 after 6 months)

Must be available Saturdays and Sundays; weekday schedule TBD (likely 7 AM start)

Pay: $27+ per hour, based on experience

Children: Three boys under 5 years old + newborn twins arriving April/May

Commitment: Long-term

A warm, busy family is looking for a dependable and nurturing full-time nanny to join their team. With twin newborns on the way, you'll be working alongside another experienced nanny to provide quality care and consistency. You'll never be responsible for all the children at once, typically caring for 2–3 at a time. The two oldest boys attend school most mornings, so your main focus will be on attentive, hands-on care and maintaining a calm, happy environment.

This is a care-focused role, light tidying related to the children is expected, but the family values play, engagement, and connection most of all.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage children in fun, age-appropriate play and learning
  • Support family routines and daily rhythms
  • Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and nap times
  • Supervise playtime, outdoor fun, and creative activities
  • Keep children's areas clean, tidy, and safe
  • Provide reliable, safe transportation to and from activities

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of professional childcare experience (outside of family)
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Warm, dependable, and organized personality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Two professional references
  • Ability to pass a background check
