What You Will Do
- Create engaging, age appropriate play and learning
- Follow family routines to keep days smooth
- Support basic care including feeding, diaper changes, and light meal prep
- Supervise indoor play, outdoor time, and creative activities
- Keep children's areas tidy and safe
- Provide reliable transportation for activities and appointments
What We Look For
- At least 2 years of paid childcare experience
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to get certified
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
- Comfort multitasking in a busy household
- Reliable transportation
- Two positive childcare related references
- Ability to pass a background check

Current Opening: Dallas, Texas
This family is preparing to welcome newborn twins and is looking for a full time nanny who can work opposite hours and occasionally alongside their current nanny. You will never be responsible for all children at once. Care will focus on no more than 2 or 3 children at a time, and the oldest two boys attend school most mornings.
This is a care centered position. Light tidying is expected for any messes made during play or activities. The family values teamwork, clear communication, and a nanny who brings calm, patience, and genuine care to the day.
