Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Explain recommended maintenance and repair services clearly
- Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate estimates and timelines

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (not required)

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
