Commercial Services Group (CSG) is a dynamic and fast-growing division of Ace Hardware of

Hilton Head. CSG sells directly to commercial businesses on Hilton Head Island;

note this is not a retail position.

Position Summary:

  • Full Time or Part Time Position
  • Monday-Friday – weekends off
  • Maintain outstanding customer service
  • Generate sales
  • Source and maintain product
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Hardware knowledge is a plus

The minimum requirements for this position include:

  • Establishing relationships and working with customers
  • A commitment of excellent service and customer satisfaction
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, organizational ability, high attention to detail.
  • Education/Training: High School degree, some college preferred.
  • Knowledge of hardware related products along with a willingness to learn.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of retail computer systems, Word, Excel, and Google search
  • Valid Driver's License

The minimum physical requirements for this position include:

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Move and handle boxes of merchandise as needed
