In this position, you'll manage Retail Financial sector projects including renovations, branch/café new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades, from inception to completion while providing guidance to project teams. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their goals and objectives, while championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging while directly contributing to our mission of delivering world-class project management services that exceed client expectations.What your day-to-day will look like:Support client and JLL management on multiple projects and assignmentsDevelop scope and schedule for assigned projectsManage and oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution and turnoverCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and Owner VendorsEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, logistical challenges, budget, and scopePrepare/update project status reports, review/approve invoices, update tracking systems, and maintain documents from due diligence through financial close outProvide guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excelBuild and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectivesUnderstand technical requirements for construction and renovation projects including architectural, MEP, civil, furniture and low voltage drawingsUnderstand after hour construction activities while keeping the branch open for customers during business hoursRequired Qualifications:7+ years project management experience in construction/construction managementProficient in project scheduling software with budget management and cost control experienceRisk assessment and mitigation strategies experienceQuality assurance and safety management protocols knowledgeStrong team player with experience managing cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStakeholder management and client relationship building abilitiesCritical thinking and decision-making under pressure capabilitiesData analysis and reporting capabilitiesUnderstanding of permit and regulatory approval processes including after hour permitsFlexibility for 25-50% travel depending on project portfolio with ability to oversee multiple concurrent projectsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldPMP (Project Management Professional) certificationPreferred experience with branch renovations, bank/café build-outs, and financial facility infrastructureUnderstanding of banking operational workflows and security requirements (cameras, alarms, vault systems)Familiarity with ADA compliance in financial facilitiesExperience with technology infrastructure (ATMs, teller systems, network requirements)Understanding of regulatory compliance requirementsExperience with historic building renovations and local authorities having jurisdictionProcess improvement and optimization experienceStrategic planning and forecasting capabilitiesLocation:Multiple markets (travel required)Work Shift:25-50% travel depending on project portfolio Flexibility for extended site visits during critical project phases Understanding of after hour construction activities requiredSalary/Comp:Not specified Estimated compensation for this position:115,000.00 – 145,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
