Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be involved in various aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, content creation, and sales enablement. Primary Duties:
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business, ensuring consistency with the Nationwide brand.
- Design visual assets and short-form videos using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Write and edit copy for posts, blogs, and internal communications.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor content through Sprout Social, tracking performance via Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Maintain a marketing calendar and identify trends to drive engagement.
Sales & Collateral Support
- Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, proposals, and branded templates.
- Maintain an organized digital library of approved assets and ensure all materials reflect current branding.
Website & Digital Presence
- Support content updates to the website and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate on layout and design improvements (Webflow experience a plus).
Events & Campaigns
- Assist with trade show preparation, including promotional materials, giveaways, and logistics.
- Coordinate post-event content, photo recaps, and internal updates.
Marketing Operations
- Manage shared marketing trackers, calendars, and digital assets to ensure efficiency and version control.
- Prepare weekly progress updates and align with the Senior Marketing Coordinator on priorities.
Research & Innovation
- Conduct competitor and trend research to inform marketing strategy.
- Support special projects that highlight company culture, employee engagement, and client success stories.
- Contribute to creative initiatives such as the ValuNation Podcast and internal campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Technical Skills Requires: Canva, Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, MS 365, Google Workspace (Power Point, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive), Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, publishing.
- Must have 2+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing or B2B Marketing.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media trends, branding, and content stratgey.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Preferred Technical Skills: Webflow, Basic HTML/CSS, Insightly or similar, Outlook-based templates, Light photo and video capture would be a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting (up to 7 hours) at a workstation operating a PC
- Heavy data entry (a significant amount of typing on a keyboard and repetitive motion with a mouse)
- Focusing/looking at a computer monitor for extended periods
- Reading documents in print and electronically
- Bending, twisting and stooping required on a regular basis
- Use of a telephone to make and receive calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
