Care Doula provides nourishing, intentional meal services and support to individuals and families navigating everyday life and big transitions. Through prepared meals, catering, and community events like the International Supper Club, Care Doula helps bring ease, connection, and care to mealtimes.

Position Overview:We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow Care Doula's reach and impact. This part-time contract position will focus on planning and executing marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, and engaging with our community of clients and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quarterly marketing plan aligned with Care Doula's goals.

  • Create engaging content across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  • Design and distribute monthly newsletter using Mailchimp.

Digital Content & Website Management

  • Update website with new products, menus, blog posts, and events.

  • Optimize website and blog content for SEO to increase visibility.

  • Track and report on digital analytics to improve reach and engagement.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and social platforms in a timely, professional manner.

  • Support the promotion of Care Doula's services, products, and community events.

  • Assist with lead generation and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not required for the right candidate).

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for storytelling.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools (Mailchimp), and website management (Squarespace or similar).

  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Passion for food, wellness, or community-focused work is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Contract position; hourly rate or monthly stipend depending on experience.

Flexible schedule with opportunity for growth as the business expands.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Base Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
