Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our swimming pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our customers. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of pool maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, brushing, and testing pool water chemistry.

  • Maintain and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any issues or potential problems.

  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices for pool maintenance and repair.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a pool technician is REQUIRED.

  • Strong understanding of pool maintenance and repair procedures.

  • Mechanical knowledge and experience with pool equipment.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.

  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills:

  • Pool cleaning and maintenance

  • Ability to maintain and repair pool equipment (nice-to-have)

  • Knowledge of hand tools and power tools

  • Understanding of pool maintenance procedures

  • Mechanical knowledge

  • Service technician experience
