Who we are:

Big-Dill Hospitality is a family-owned restaurant group that owns and operates Muchacho Tex-Mex, Whistle Britches, Even Coast, and coming soon Casa Brasa, Kamila, Maroma, TiO and many more unique and fantastic dining concepts coming online in the DFW area. Helmed by Chef Omar Flores, a two-time James Beard Semi-Finalist, Best Chef SW and Dallas Rising Star Chef, this is Chef Flores' newest passion project several years in the making.

Position Overview:

We're currently hiring for Service Support Team Members — positions that include Server Assistant, Food Runner, and Busser roles. The Service Support team plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience. This position supports servers and bartenders by maintaining a clean, organized dining room and assisting with all service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers with all aspects of table service, maintaining a refined and efficient dining rhythm.
  • Run dishes from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring correct presentation.
  • Clear, reset, and polish tables and glassware between courses and seatings.
  • Monitor and refill water and beverages as needed.
  • Collaborate with the service and culinary teams to ensure flawless communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in service stations and support areas.
  • Contribute to the setup and breakdown of service areas at the beginning and end of shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in upscale/fine dining
  • Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work in a standing position for 8-10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 60lbs (50lbs overhead)
  • Stand for a long period of time.
  • Be able to kneel, crouch, stoop, twist, reach, push, pull and grasp throughout the day.
  • Hearing and speech to communicate in person or over telephone.
