Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest enjoys their dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Toast POS systems.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for billing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards throughout service.
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS, Toast POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
  • Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
