Salary: $90, $125,000.00 annually.

The Spirit of the Position:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across the Northwest region. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and support strategic initiatives that expand LAZ's footprint in parking, transportation, and mobility services.

Responsibilities:

  • Significant time spent "in the field" to develop and nurture relationships. This is NOT a remote or work from home position.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in parking, transportation, and mobility sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within key industry associations to enhance brand visibility, identify partnership opportunities, and stay informed on market trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate representation at key industry events
  • Additional related duties as assigned.
Experience:
    • 2–4 years of experience in parking, transportation, or mobility industries strongly preferred.
    • Sales experience a plus but not required
    • Proven ability to build relationships
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-starter with a passion for growth and innovation.
    • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with Office 365 Suite, Salesforce and sales reporting systems a plus

  • Ability to develop sales strategies, value/benefit analysis and return on investment analysis.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for a duration of 1-2 hours at a time.
  • Ability to travel within the United States
