What you'll do:The Brass Tacks Manage all communication efforts related Columbia Hospitality's business development efforts including writing proposals and creating presentation materials for prospective owner/ client meetings  Manage all steps and create all content for Columbia Hospitality's responses to requests for proposals ("RFP") related to new properties to the Columbia Hospitality portfolio. Create and manage all presentations for Columbia Hospitality business development presentations including presentation library.  Create or work with designer to create Business Development collaterals as needed.  Actively lead and participate in regular meetings with prospective owners to continually understand business needs and provide guidance on strategies for Business Development. Tradeshow management and speaking engagement management. Create email marketing campaigns and consistent correspondence for Business Development.Lead the development of transitional property plans and budgets, owner presentations for prospective, new, and new opening properties.  Act as a marketing resource for properties during a transitionary period. Interface with Public Relations to share Business Development news and updates. Additional duties as assigned.  THE NITTY GRITTY  A bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 3+ years of experience in hospitality marketing or 5+ years of experience in similar field. Strong writing and PowerPoint presentation skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Conviction for creating and managing operating processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Effective project and personal management skills, including time management, planning and organizing, execution and delivery of results. Proficient with InDesign and other Adobe programs.  Don't meet every single requirement?
