About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Systems Analyst
to support and enhance our Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications and drive complex system analysis initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work independently on multi-platform, multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently on complex system analysis tasks across all phases of the application lifecycle.
  • Define system scope and objectives based on business needs.
  • Develop or modify procedures to resolve complex technical problems, considering system limitations and performance.
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of
    COTS applications
    through vendor coordination.
  • Develop scripts using
    SQL, PowerShell, and Bash
    for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Perform server maintenance and ensure uptime for critical systems.
  • Collaborate with multiple business units and cross-functional IT teams.
  • Guide and mentor junior Systems Analysts as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure timely resolution of system issues to avoid delays or disruptions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with
    COTS application support
    and vendor management.
  • Strong scripting skills in
    SQL, PowerShell, and Bash
    .
  • Proficiency in debugging, problem-solving, and technical analysis.
  • Experience with server environments (Windows/Linux).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in documentation, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
