About the Role
As a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
supporting the
Inland Empire, Coastal California, and Arizona
regions, you'll join a dynamic, supportive team focused on cultivating and expanding broker relationships.
You'll be on the front lines of our growth — connecting with brokers, generating new opportunities, and helping transform how they access insurance solutions. ISC provides the tools, technology, and mentorship to help you

What You'll Do
Connect with new and existing brokers to share the features and benefits of ISC programs.
Compile, organize, and relay key information to support quotes and closings.
Maintain and update the producer marketing database.
Facilitate product webinars and website demos for brokers and partners.
Execute weekly outreach campaigns to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
Assist with marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives.
Represent ISC at industry events and trade shows.
Develop referrals through brokers, carrier partners, and vendor networks.
Manage a regional territory including
Riverside, Corona, Ontario, Norco, Chino, Montclair, Claremont, Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, San Bernardino, Redlands,
and surrounding areas.
What You Bring
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
2–3+ years of prior sales or marketing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Experience in the commercial insurance space is a plus (not required).
Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred.
Compensation & Growth
National Pay Range:
$68,229 – $85,287 USD
(Actual starting pay depends on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
