$60,000–$75,000 + Performance-Based Commissions

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

This isn't your average marketing job. You'll be the engine behind our growth, combining creativity, strategy, and communication to connect Empire Technologies with new partners and clients. What You'll Do


• Develop, launch, and optimize automated email and nurture campaigns


• Research, identify, and conduct outreach to new business partners and prospects


• Coordinate and manage marketing events (Lunch & Learns, trade shows, networking sessions)


• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring BDMs are meeting with the right prospects


• Track and report campaign and lead metrics to show clear ROI and accountability


• Support content creation for social and digital marketing aligned with growth goals

What Success Looks Like


• Consistent generation of qualified leads each month


• Increased conversion of leads into meetings and opportunities


• Strong engagement metrics from email and social campaigns


• Flawless execution of marketing events and follow-up


• Reliable reporting and visibility into the sales pipeline

Who You Are


• 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, lead generation, or business development


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools


• Organized, creative, and data-driven mindset


• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely


• Experience in construction, technology, or security industries is a plus
