Sinch is pioneering the way the world communicates. More than 150,000 businesses - including Google, Uber, Paypal, and many others - rely on Sinch's Customer Communications Cloud to power engaging customer experiences. At Sinch we "Dream Big", "Win Together", "Keep it simple", and "Make it Happen". These values are our foundation.
Sinch is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Mailjet email business. A strong product leader energized by tough challenges will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to execute a compelling vision for Mailjet's future.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Mailjet product line. You will lead a team of product managers to execute a strategy that you help create, driving the growth and profitability of the business through product and pricing innovation.
Responsibilities
Vision and Strategy:
Communicate a compelling and inspired vision for the Mailjet product line. See connections and opportunities where others may not and create effective plans to exploit them.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, creating a climate where people want to do their best. Act as a "people builder" who constructs clear development plans, delegates effectively, and has a nose for hiring talent.
Business Ownership:
Own the Mailjet P&L, measuring and reviewing the success of the product line through business metrics including adoption, revenue, and margin. Recommend when to build, buy, or partner based on effective trade-off analysis.
Execution and Delivery:
Ensure your team is effectively managing the development backlog, prioritizing work based on business impact, and collaborating with design and engineering to deliver high-quality features.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams on go-to-market efforts, including launch plans and sales enablement. Communicate product plans and gain stakeholder support from executives, peers, and your teams.
Market Intelligence:
Advocate for customers and partners by using market analysis, user research, and synthesizing product feedback to understand user needs and market dynamics.
