Our established family owned and operated dealership group is seeking a full-time, experienced AP/AR Specialist for our growing Accounting team. The right candidate brings a friendly attitude along with experience, attention to detail and a team player attitude. We cross train in our office since we believe it is best to work as a team.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while performing the following duties:

  • Reconcile cash accounts
  • Deposit all monies received by the dealership
  • Run A/R statements and mail monthly
  • Collect on past due receivables
  • Match POs to invoices
  • Post payables invoices
  • Reconcile payables statements
  • Issues batch checks
  • Get copies of invoices from vendors
  • Maintain W-9 files (no checks issued without copy of W-9)
  • Set up A/R accounts/check references and set credit limits per guidelines
  • Run EOY 1099s and submit
  • other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • AP/AR Experience Required
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Previous Dealership Experience Preferred
  • Previous Reynolds Experience Preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
