What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our resident engagement efforts, assisting in the planning and execution of a diverse range of events and programs designed to enhance resident satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging.   • You are the Event Organizer
  • Transform ordinary days into extraordinary celebrations, planning and executing resident events that will be the talk of the community
  • Orchestrate every event with precision, from securing vendors to setting up the perfect ambiance and ensuring a smooth flow of activities   
  • Be a budget-savvy planner, assisting in the management of event budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring that we're maximizing resources and delivering exceptional value
  • Unleash your creativity by designing eye-catching flyers, crafting personalized invitations, and transforming event spaces into captivating wonderlands
  • You are the Service Specialist
  • Be the face of hospitality, greeting residents with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and included
  • Cultivate a vibrant and welcoming community atmosphere where residents feel connected, supported, and eager to participate    
  • Be a resident advocate, responding to inquiries and requests with a helpful and professional demeanor, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • Be the pulse of the community, tracking event attendance, gathering resident feedback, and using your insights to continuously improve our programs
  • You are the Engagement Expert
  • Become a master communicator, crafting engaging newsletters, sharing exciting updates on social media, and keeping residents informed through on-site announcements.    
  • Extend our community spirit beyond our walls, assisting in the coordination of outreach initiatives and building partnerships with local organizations.    
  • Maintain meticulous records of events and programs, ensuring that every detail is documented and organized for future reference.

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred.    
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field.    
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.    
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.    
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.    
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
