We've already signed 10 major enterprise partners across insurance, banking, and mobility — and we're now scaling to 100. We're looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales who lives to close, loves to build, and never takes "not yet" as an answer.

The Role

You're not here to manage from afar — you're here to win deals, build relationships, and lead from the front. You'll hunt new enterprise logos across insurance carriers, credit unions, and financial institutions, turning conversations into multi-million-dollar partnerships.

This is a startup-speed, in-office role. You'll work side-by-side with leadership, travel 50% of the time, and make things happen — fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales for assigned verticals (insurance, financial institutions, banks).
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new enterprise partnerships — from first meeting to signed contract.
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver solutions that drive measurable partner ROI.
  • Drive pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and quota achievement through CRM discipline.
  • Mentor and develop account executives and enterprise sellers as the team scales.
  • Represent Way Com Inc at partner events, conferences, and executive meetings nationwide.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in enterprise or strategic B2B sales, with at least 3+ years selling into insurance, banking or employee benefits
  • Proven record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals ($500K–$5M+).
  • Hands-on, hunter mentality — you love being in the room, pitching, and negotiating.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative sales models.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and financial acumen.
  • Thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments — startup DNA required.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time; full-time presence in Fremont, CA office required.

Success Metrics

  • Number of new enterprise logos closed and activated.
  • Quarterly revenue attainment and deal velocity.
  • Renewal and expansion rates of signed partners.
  • Forecast accuracy and team pipeline contribution.
