Administrative Professional

We're interviewing for someone to join our work family We're a fast-paced company growing and running full-speed. If you like the idea of working with fun, friendly people who are successful, driven, and who work hard and play hard, you'll fit in well at our office. If you want a career where you can learn, grow, and be promoted based on performance and skills, here we are For this position specifically, if you enjoy using technology (we're "techy" around here), if you are outgoing (you need to confidently talk to people in person and on the phone), willing to learn, like the idea of answering multiple phone lines, enjoy greeting clients, are happy to maintain calendars and schedules for multiple divisions and people, enjoy administrative tasks like updating spreadsheets and typing letters and documents, and want work with a great group of people, we want you
ITEMS TO KNOW if you're serious about applying for this job. (Why waste your time or our time, right?)
You should live in Las Vegas, NV right now. This person needs to be able to start soon so there's no time for relocating.
If you're not confident in your abilities to learn new online platforms to sync with our office policies and procedures, this might not be the job for you. People who excel at our company are familiar with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher) AND can learn other platforms quickly. We're fast and "techy". To succeed, everyone on our team is able to learn and use new software platforms regularly. We're happy to train, but we need someone who feels confident in their learning ability.
While we celebrate and appreciate uniqueness, we've found that our clients respond best to conservative appearances. This person needs to have a professional, business appearance (no unnatural hair colors, and you must have a wardrobe appropriate for a professional office). If you have subtle facial piercings or tattoos, you must be able to remove or cover them upon request.
When we interview, we like to see if you are a good fit for our company, but we also want you to decide if you're a good fit for us. So do your research and see if we're the kind of company you're looking for. (It's like dating, except we're looking for a long-term relationship. We're not casually looking to see what happens later. We intend to invest in your success and make it a long-term gig where you grow with us. If you want to grow with a company for years, rest assured that we're the committal type. If you're looking for a job and not a career, please don't apply.)
You must be able to pass a background check and drug test. To make sure our team is in the right frame of mind to handle sensitive information, random drug testing happens regularly in our office.
