Primary objective is to generate new business through successful lead qualification facilitating the closing of new accounts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: generating leads, qualifying leads, demonstrating the value of Husk's programs to potential new clients, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. In addition, this individual will also contribute to the ongoing initiatives of the Organization and work with various internal departments to ensure the overall success of the company. Successful performance of the role will result in increased recurring revenue and drive growth within Husk's client base.

Job Duties

  • Qualify and generate leads for prospective new clients generated through inbound and outbound channels
  • Educate prospective new clients on Husk's suite of solutions
  • Maintain detailed notes on the status of all pending deals in CRM
  • Lead prospective new clients through the sales process resulting in successful program launch
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion, cross selling and upselling within existing accounts
  • Attain assigned goals related to new recurring revenue generation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of prior related work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts
  • Experience dealing with all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Technology minded; experience with Excel and/or other report engines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions independently
  • Experience in wellness programming preferred

Other:

The Sales Development Representative is a commission eligible position. Husk offers commission to commission eligible employees based on the revenue collected by Husk within the first 12 months of new client contracts. The commission rate for new recurring revenue contracts sold by the representative is 10% of total revenue collected in the first 12 months of the contract. Additionally, a commission accelerator will be available for employees who exceed their annual sales target before the end of the year. The expectation is that a successful Account Executive will earn at least an additional 20% of their base salary in commission within the first 12 months of employment.

Salary: $50,000 + Commission
