Sales Development Representative

We're a growing company providing specialized data solutions for investors and businesses. Our focus is helping clients uncover new opportunities and scale their success. We're expanding our sales team and looking for someone motivated, coachable, and hardworking.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary role will be to handle inbound leads, set qualified meetings for senior sales staff, and conduct outreach to prospective clients. You'll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth while learning the skills to advance your own sales career.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Build rapport with prospects and nurture relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
- Conduct some outbound outreach (calls, emails) to generate new opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine processes and messaging.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with outreach and handling objections.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes consistently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
