Overview
ExecuSource is seeking a Bilingual Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations, support employee engagement activities, and maintain a professional front-office environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused workplace.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a polished and welcoming office environment.
- Manage calls, mail, packages, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative support to executives and department leaders, including scheduling and document coordination.
- Assist with collecting and reconciling departmental receipts and expenses.
- Plan and support company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing on flyers, announcements, and internal branding efforts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience in a law firm or professional office environment strongly preferred.
- Proven administrative and front-office coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Comfortable interacting with staff at all levels.
- Experience supporting events, internal communications, or basic office budgeting.
