Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative AssociateReports To: Director of Operations and CEO
Location: In-office (attendance required)
Salary Range: $48,000 – $55,000 annuallyPosition OverviewThe Receptionist / Administrative Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors at Medicare Answers Now and Insurance Answers Now. This individual will manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently answer and transfer calls, and provide accurate information to clients and internal team members. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities. Experience in a health-related field is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct calls from multiple phone lines with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide information to clients and agents, resolving questions or routing calls to the appropriate department.
- Greet and welcome office guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including restocking supplies and the snack area.
- Care for office plants and ensure general upkeep of the workspace.
- Walk and care for the office dog, Shiloh, throughout the day.
- Assist all employees and leadership with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Support scheduling, filing, and data entry as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office applications.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms and tools.

- Salary: $48,000 – $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
