Job Description:
This job is responsible for security/access control of executive spaces to ensure a secure environment for senior management, support staff, and client related events. Key responsibilities include analyzing the situation on the ground and developing security action plans to mitigate potential threats. Job expectations include establishing relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides direction to Executive Protection Specialist I staff assigned to executive floors or other areas
- Adapts to evolving security circumstances through analysis and problem-solving
- Assesses risks, vulnerabilities, and threats through understanding of surveillance and counter surveillance
- Plans and prepares for crisis response, workplace violence and other emergency events.
- Incident management and respond to issues/situation
- Collaborates closely with teams and line of business partners on local risk concerns, threat response management, and complex security projects
- Actively manages expenses related to local security initiatives
- Documents activities and incidents as required
- Screening all mail and parcels.
- Occasional travel to support events and in support of Management Team as requested
- Providing action plans for transportation services and coordination with local law enforcement/ other security agencies.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have 10+ years of experience with physical security, Law Enforcement, or military security employment.
- Must be able to complete 2-3 day Protective/Evasive driving training.
- Must be able to complete basic first aid and AED medical training.
- Must be capable of sitting/standing for long periods of time.
- Must have strong communications skills and ability to partner with key stakeholders both internally and externally to the bank.
- Experience in assessing risks, vulnerabilities, and threats through understanding of surveillance and counter surveillance.
- Be able to perform first aid and basic emergency life saving techniques when needed and maintains any related certifications.
- Experience in crisis response, workplace violence and other emergency events.
- Proven skills in working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work through 2nd shift hour/schedule; Monday – Fridays (occasional Saturdays) and work either 1pm-9pm or 12pm-8pm hours
