We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our established team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations and supporting leadership with administrative and clerical functions.

This opportunity is available in the following location: Fairview Heights, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Proofread reports, correspondence, and presentations for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence for senior consultants.
  • Maintain and protect sensitive and confidential information.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep.
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent administrative experience considered.
  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (consulting or professional services environment a plus).
  • Exceptional proofreading and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
