Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable individual to join us as part of our Construction Management Team.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to support our team and clients throughout vital stages of construction projects. If you are passionate about maintenance and contracting this role is for you. While prior office experience is required, we value your potential, drive, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with our operations team to develop action plans based on reporting and post home assessment
Provide insight and oversight when needed regarding specific job type requirements
Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with clients, contractors, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate critical thinking abilities to solve problems, reason effectively, and analyze project-related challenges.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Telecommunications Software proficiently to manage project documentation, including document scanning and paperless storage.
Maintain impeccable organizational skills, ensuring speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in all project-related tasks.
Thrive in a fast-paced office environment, effectively handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Follow directions and procedures diligently to ensure project success.
Adapt seamlessly to a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
Uphold integrity and client confidentiality while complying with non-disclosure policies.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of a cohesive team.

Requirements:
General construction knowledge
Understanding of permitting and construction requirements
Strong critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Telecommunications Software, along with document scanning and paperless document storage.
Impeccable organization skills, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced office environment.
Willingness to follow directions and procedures meticulously.
Adaptability to a constantly changing work environment.
Commitment to integrity, client confidentiality, and compliance with non-disclosure policies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction project management.
