Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths is a family-owned company in business since 1977. We want to add an experienced project manager to our Production Team familiar with St. Louis and the Metro-East area. We offer a broad range of products including windows, doors, roofing, sunrooms, and bathroom remodels just to name a few. The chosen candidate must demonstrate the ability to multi-task during the day while being extremely detail-oriented. JOB DETAILS

Sales reps sell the projects, write the scope of work, and present signed contracts. The job is then handed off to the project manager to complete—report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently to completion.
• Timely, effective, and respectful communication with employees, vendors & customers.
• Develop project plans and timelines and perform kick-off meetings and quality checks.
• Review & approve the scope of work and remeasure jobs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, changes, delays, conflicts, and status reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and margins.
• Conduct project closeout and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Manage, recruit, and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews.
• Ability to perform minor repairs as needed for the company.

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 Starting Pay, Based on Experience

Job Type: Full Time,Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4/5 PM as needed.

Work Location: The service area is within an approximately 60-mile radius of the St. Louis Arch.

Basic Qualifications:

• Driver's License.
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent Time Management Skills with flexibility.

• Ability to follow established administrative procedures.
• Computer literate with experience in MS Office is helpful.
• Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures and operate effectively within established budgetary restraints.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, organization, leadership & team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• 2+ years of experience in a construction project management position with a strong skillset in estimating, home remodeling projects, and customer service.
