Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Workday Configuration Developer – HCM to join our HRIS team. In this role. Please note: At this time, we are only considering applicants who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. This role does not accommodate hybrid or remote work options, it is full time onsite, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance and Talent Optimization.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
• Configure security roles and permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Advise business partners on available or upcoming Workday solutions that align with functional team roadmaps
• Guide business partners through Workday's bi-annual releases by highlighting the potential risks and areas of opportunity.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday HCM Certification
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Information

• This full-time exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
• Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 / annual DOE; may be eligible for bonus
