Regional Technical Sales Representative

ChampionX has an immediate need for a Regional Technical Sales Representative for the Horizontal Pumping business within the artificial lift segment. This role is located in the Permian Region.

What You Will Do:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the HPS solutions, targeting SWD operators and midstream companies in the Permian Basin
Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Provide technical consultation on horizontal pump systems, including sizing, configuration, and operational optimization
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Provide routine and special service support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges.
Assist with the installation, calibration and maintenance equipment.
May assist with training customers.
Interacts with operator level.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on SWD and midstream applications
Strong technical knowledge of horizontal pump systems and fluid handling equipment
Familiarity with Permian Basin operators, infrastructure, and regulatory landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
