We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, providing exceptional service while driving sales growth. Duties

  • Handle incoming calls from potential and current customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and company policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and nurture ongoing client relationships.
  • Assist with data entry tasks related to sales activities, customer details, and order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on leads or promote special offers.
  • Uphold company policies on cash handling and transaction procedures during sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center environments or inbound sales roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and maintaining accurate records is essential.
  • Knowledge of customer support best practices, including call etiquette and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling or call center operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and typing skills for quick data entry are beneficial.
